Went to to Dr. Chally for years when she was at Back Bay Dental. She was always very professional, in a good mood and obviously excited about her work. She performed a root-canal on me years ago and it was surprisingly pain-free and continues to be. I consider her highly skilled and would recommend her.

She is kind and friendly but I felt she did not care too much about my tooth after all... On my first visit she took some xrays and she told me that it is not that serious. She did something to it and told me to come back for the second visit. On my next visit, she passed me on to another dentist in the same office in last minute which made me feel very sad and uncomfortable. Then after I was treated by this other doctor, I started to have a tremendous pain from no pain. She did not directly cause me the pain but I feel she treated my case lightly by passing me on to another denstist without any warning. She should have cared enough to finish up my tooth till the end. Becasue of her decision, everything went wrong from there! In the end, I went back to her again and I ended up having to have a root canal!! I feel mistreated. When I visited her office, my cavity did not even feel any pain. Now I had get a root canal and I do not find her treatment as professionally convincing. This was too bad of an experience. The lady who recommended to me in the first place is now also telling me that she had to go elsewhere to get a proper treatment. I am in the same shoes. I have to look for a dentist for an aftercare!
