I will never use this dentist again. The secretary is extremely rude and needs to attend a seminar for professional behavior. Dr. Dean is very impersonal. He put a very inadequate, substandard crown on my tooth which I have to replace after only having it for about 3 years. He used some out of date mixture of cement and some sort of temporary fillng which also needs to be replaced. He my have the state of the art equipment but the service I received was a waste of money, time and clearly insurance. The only positive experience was the dental hygienist. She was friendly.

Dr. Deans Family Dentistry is a very well respected establishment. Dr. David Dean is an very qualified dentist, who is great at what he does. With a Bachelor of Science from BU, and a DMD from Tufts Dental School, Dr. Dean is well qualified. Before Dr. Dean starts any procedures he is sure to explain everything that he is going to do. By having him explain the procedures, and why he is doing them he give his patients confidence, and makes it a much easier experience. Dr. Dean takes the anxiety away from the dentist and makes your time at his homey office as pleasant as he can. I would recommend his practice to anyone, and I know his staff will make everyone feel comfortable.

Dr. Dean is a very good practitioner. He has state of the art equipment. Dr. Dean takes the time to explain procedures and he follows up with a phone call after the procedure.
Dr. Dean always gives a thorough explanation of what his dental exam reveals. He takes the time to present options to the patient.
Dr. Dean's hygienists are proficient and thorough.
His office staff is friendly and courteous. They are helpful accessing insurance information.
