We have been at this office few times, it is an old building, every thing in the office looks so old even the equipments that the dentist uses.

The front desk customer service is good, the nurse is very kind, but Dr. Bakhit really disappointed me. After she checked up my X-ray pictures, she said she didn't know what the problems were under my crown teeth. I asked her if she could give me any suggestion. she just said she was not a God and she didn't know what would happen tomorrow. How rediculous a dentist's talking is!
One more thing let me feel very unhappy : even the nurse had called to insurance company to make sure my coverage to cover the whole expense of cleaning, no copay at all. Dr Bakhit insisted that I need to pay $8 for my son and myself. I could't imagine why she had no confidence at insurance company's reply and patient's ability of paying bill.
I won't visit her again!
