I've been going to Dr. Lindsay for the last 20 years and have
always left feeling happy with my experience. I've gone for
routine cleanings(gentle with pick & floss) and he has also
repaired a broken tooth from a pickup football accident, which
has held strong for 18 years!
The best way to describe the experiences is "old fashion local practitioner". He's a stand up man in the community, treats his patients with kindness and respect and always seems to have time to talk with everyone. The office is always clean, organized and pleasant feeling. It's a true Norman Rockwell portrait!
His staff is VERY friendly and attentive and have been more than accommodating when working with insurance coverage.
I've accidentally sent wrong insurance information and they were great about helping me straighten it out. Try finding that with a large practice.
Seeing as I live and work in Boston and will travel the 40 miles to get a cleaning, this should be rather telling.
