first, he doesn't adhere to any dental insurance fee schedule. he talks 10 times as much as he listens. if I knew he was sued by Massachusetts, I'd have never booked there. he office is outdated. he charges what ever my insurance doesn't cover even though I have a coverage for it. the lady behind the desk has no personality. they are always late seeing me. this dentist is a sleazy, law suit who needs to be stripped of his license.

4 crowns done at a reasonable price with some insurance coverage. I was treated with respect and the entire procedure was clearly explained including my options, why the problem exists and why this particular choice was optimal. His chair side manner was reassuring and comforting.

About Front Desk: Mindy was amazing at the front desk. Not only was her assistance indispensable to me but I witnessed her helping others clients with apparent compassion.

He's an arrogant, self-centered talker who hardly ever answers my concerns directly. His office manager Mandy is always grumpy and I hardly ever get the same lady to clean my teeth. I was charged for services that were not done so I had to call in and get the run around as to why. Do not go here. He is a jerk who overbills and doesn't take insurance. His staff is usually mean. Probably because they have to work for him. After reading about this guy online, it appears that he's billked the Mass Health out of a $1/4 milion in false billing. Dirtbag!

About Front Desk: She's always upset and provides little to no information. She gives short, unexplained answers and always tells me that the Dr. will call me but he never does. I will never go back.
