Crown work. Took mold of tooth on 5/22/12,and rest of prep work.Told 4 weeks with temp tooth. Temp tooth fell out next day. Reglued in. Called end of July ,nothing yet, had to have temp tooth worked on again to stay in,they will call me but never did.Mid August called ,NO CALL BACK.Called October 22,coming in will call me,talked to Dr. Fic,. NO CALL BACK.Wrote letter Dec 3,whats going on , want my $$ back or tooth.NO REPONSE,just ignored.Today ,no tooth,no $$,taking to court.I think he has lost his touch and screwed up my tooth and will not admit it. Be very careful here now since he talks a real good game but it not performing up to old standards. Time to retire rather than cheating people out of their hard earned money and time.

Doc, as he is known, is knowable of the latest technology, experienced, gentle, and friendly. He gets the work done and he does great work. I've been seeing him for better than 28 years and he's always ready to deal with any dental problem that arises in my family. He's treated my children and wife and I can honestly say he's worth every cent! His pricing is fair considering the fine work he does. My teeth not only look great but they work well and his work holds up. I'm a clencher or grinder with TMJ, so I'm a tough customer. Yet, he takes each problem and does his best to make you comfortable and leave his office with a good state of the art solution that last. His work is impeccable, he's an artist, and his knowledge of dentistry extends well beyond regular dentistry. Doc is genuinely interested in our over all family health. To me that's a plus because I know he is doing everything possible to make sure my mouth and my families mouths are in the best state of health they can be. Doc doesn't pull any punches. He's straight forward and let's you know right up front what your options are and he keeps you inline with preventive medicine that works. I highly recommend him and his entire professional office staff.
About Hygienist: His entire staff is very professional but very personable. Each hygienist and associate is well trained and very gentle. I always find it a pleasure to visit and have regular cleanings and examinations.
