I am very disappointed with Dr. Moo! Ashamed that Dr. Bloom would leave his patients in the hands of dentist who lack skills. I am writing because I feel everyone should be held accountable for their actions. Anyone who knows me understands the pride I take in my oral hygiene. I have had 1 filling my entire life only to have Dr. Moo replace a filling that wasn't bothering me, leaving me with constant pain and uncomfortable sensitivity! Always trust your gut and my gut told me to hold off.

I was Dr. Bloom's patient for 39 years until I moved out of state. There aren't enough accolades I can give him. I can't imagine finding a better, more professional, kinder, and more affable dentist. I miss him terribly!

Dr. Bloom is an amazing dentist. I have recommended him to all of my friends in the Baltimore area and they all have enjoyed going to him as a dentist. I highly recommend him.

Dr Bloom is an excellent dentist. His staff is inviting and always makes you feel comfortable. The only thing lacking is office decor. The office is drab and less than contemporary. It's a throw back to the 80s. It needs a little sprucing up. Other than that. They are great!

Dr. Bloom is an excellent dentist, he did crowns for my teeth, not because they were bad, but for appearance, because of crooked teeth, the results were outstanding, they look so natural. He definitely made me want to smile all the time. He did an excellent job. He has always been there for me whenever I need him. He's one in a million, and has the best personality, and will go out of his way for his patients.
About Hygienist: I have been going to his hygenist ( Jeanine) for many years also, she does a very thorough job cleaning, and is gentle, always concerned about how you're doing during the procedure. She's great.

Dr. Bloom has filled several of my cavities, as well as doing a root canal and crown on one of my bicuspid teeth.
In my experience his work is uniformly successful; far beyond that, his warm and caring manner, and his absolute opposition to causing his patients any pain, make him by far the best of many dentists I've encountered.
Dr. Bloom employs staff of the same caliber as himself; I've rarely seen such charm and efficiency in the front-office staff of *any* business or professional practice.
His practice also provides many services and options to make dental care available for those not able to afford it; that these services not only exist, but are treated without any hint of shame, is more than I've seen elsewhere.
Finally, this: A half-decade or so ago, my wife suffered an infected abscess which caused half her face to swell horribly and which I was honestly afraid might kill her. In an age when most dentists -- most people -- just don't bother to care, Dr. Bloom came into his office on a Sunday morning to meet us; in an age when 'money talks' and insurance companies are more viciously profit-driven than ever, he provided care for free when Cigna refused to cover what was necessary. What more could anyone ask?

Dr. Bloom is personable but his work cost me several thousands of dollars in repair. His work was not done well which lead to two root canals and possible bone loss. He also very oddly dimissed me saying all my dental work was done but in fact I had several cavities left to fill. I also found his attitude to his staff unprofessional. He was personable to paients but would berate his staff in front of you. Also, there was some other weird stuff of a personal nature that happened I feel may not be appropiate to write here. All in all I think you would be better off elsewhere.
About Hygienist: Yikes! She tore into my gums with a pick and then noted my gums were bleeding,....really?

My entire family has been seeing Dr Bloom and his staff for our dental care. Everyone is very helpful and makes going to the dentist as stress-free as possible.
