I have trusted Dr. Kinney and his staff for many years, and they have given me the very best treatment. It is all handled with efficiency and calm professionalism, yet the Dentist and the staff are warm, friendly people. I recommend Dr. Kinney without reservation.
About Hygienist: The hygenists in Dr. Kinney's office are fine and careful workers. I am pleased with the results, each visit.

I have gone to Dr. Kinney for 20 years. He worked on my spouse as well. He is kind and gentle and very professional and takes excellent care of your teeth in an effortless way. I don't think there is a better dentist anywhere. He is very dedicated and cares if there is a problem. During the time I saw him he kept my teeth in great shape! Staff are very personable and are a good team.

I have gone to Dr. Kinney for many years. He is quiet, very reassuring, spends a great deal of time seeing that everything is right, (e.g., adjusting the bite after a crown). No sales pitches or ads.I have never felt any pressure to have a procedure done, One time I had a horrible pain on a weekend, and he came in to his office Sunday morning to perform a root canal. It is dentistry the old-fashioned way -- time and interest invested in the patient, although the office is very modern and efficient.

Wonderful & gentle dentist! I have been going through dentists faster than I go through cars and he is the ONLY dentist I have ever found who truly is painless. His method of Novicain (sp?) injection is phenominal. I truly do not feel any pain whatsoever while in his office or afterward.
I am tremendously grateful to him for his chairside manner and gentleness. And the fact he drives a Model A and is in the San Francisco Model A Club makes time fly by!
Having to go to the dentist is never fun, but if I have to go, I'm glad I found him!

Dr. Kinney is friendly and genuine with a warm manner. I've been going to him for over ten years and my teeth have always been in good health. Recently, his office staff (not him personally) have started suggesting trendy procedures such as x-rays instead of visual check-ups, but he can be trusted not to recommend costly unnecessary procedures on your teeth.
Also, his 24th street office is beautifully maintained. The hygenist's room overlooks a garden, while the checkup room has garden-motif wallpaper.
