Dr. Jarvie is a very warm and personable man. He is very caring and virutally pain-free. His rates are a bit high, and I did have a difference of opinion over the choice of a crown. Otherwise, he is recommended.

My sons and I have been going to Dr. Jarvie for about 6 years.
DR. JARVIE: Very friendly, easy going, knowledgable. Cares.
Did 'reverse' type semi front crown EXACTLY how I wanted & with great results. Didnt want to grind down two perfect teeth for one bad & he found a way with least damage & Staff faught w/ Ins Co to get it covered!
STAFF: Always friendly, on top of things, educated. Dr.s Jarvie & Grant make it a point to hire & keep staff that are not only well trained but who FIT IN with rest of the staff & clients.
PAIN MANAGEMENT: Hygenists are VERY caring & accomodating regarding pain management. Glad that they do NOT push sedation or drugs, but take PM one step at a time. I personally have EXTREMELY sensitive teeth & must be numbed with gel prior to cleaning.
ATMOSPHERE: Absolutely calm, classy and immaculate. Even the front desk area where they work is exceptionally organized & clean. They recently remodeled & did a very nice job.
COST: My insurance is BCBS PPO so most everything is covered. I think after the THREE of us getting cleanings & all the XRays my CoPay is about $75.00.
BOTTOM LINE: I'm 38 & up until I started going to Dr. Jarvie's office I HATED going to the dentist. Now I don't mind at all!
