Dr. Lau is fantastic. My immediate and extended family members know no other dentists. He calms patients down with his personable approach. We drive across the Bay to see him.

Dr.Lau is a nice man with a nice staff, but he does not really know what he's doing. The equipment used in the office is outdated. Also, he failed to recognize the severity of a painful tooth I had. He just brushed off my concerns. Luckily another dentist was able to listen to me,identify the problem, and treat it. My grandmother had her dentures fitted by him and they were done incorrectly so that they cut her gums. It's a shame since his manner is very nice and the office is soothing.
