I think Dr. Crandall is great but the vast majority of my time is spend with the hygenist, Carol, who is just awesome. I call her my little angel because she makes the experience very calming. When I DO see Dr. Crandall, I certainly like him and enjoy it. I've never had extensive work done before, fyi, just a deep cleaning and regular cleanings so I can't really vouch for the "big stuff". I highly recommend this office and especially the hygenist Carol :-)

Dr Crandall is very patient. I would never go see anyone unless. He explain everything and makes sure you are all right.
About Hygienist: The hygienist are very good. There are know long waits. My teeth feel nice and clean when they are done.

Dr. Crandall is an excellent dentist. The best part about him is that is doesn't try to sell you services you don't necessarily need. He takes a conservative approach rather than telling you that you must have x, y, & z immediately. I feel like he cares more about my dental health than selling me things (as opposed to my last dentist). Dr. Crandall's office is nice and clean and I have had nothing but good experiences every time.

The Front desk clerck is not very friendly. She was short and just look unhappy. However the folks in back were great and that was worth it for me.

I am scarred to death of dental work but I must say I had a great experience with Dr. Crandall. I would give him the highest recommendation.
