I have always had extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. This office is the first dental practice that i feel comfortable at. Dr. Young knows i have anxiety and he takes his time with me. He is caring and he takes the time to get to know his patients. I don't feel like he is just in it "for the money".
About Front Desk: Excellent
About Hygienist: Everyone at the office is very nice. They know their patients when they walk in the door. I have never had an unpleasant experience with anyone there.

Don't get me wrong, Dr. Young is a nice guy & his staff is excellent, but if you are in need of anything other than a routine cleaning - you'd probably want to go somewhere else. Dr. Young spends all of 1 minute actually looking in your mouth. He depends on the hygienist to do his job. If you find that you have a tooth that needs to be pulled - you're going to find yourself advised by Dr. Young to visit an oral surgeon (because he doesn't do anything like that). I always get the distinct feeling that as soon as Dr. Young can, he's going to take the money & run - his heart just isn't in his job.

I drive 30 minutes across my county just so I can have Dr. Young as my dentist. I highly recommend him to anyone. I am extremely fearful of the dentist, and he always makes me feel at ease and has a caring chair-side manner about him. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. They care so much about all of their patients.
About Hygienist: She is wonderful! She is gentle and patient with me, and she does an excellent job cleaning my teeth.
