Dr. Gianino has displayed a profound level of care, concern, and expertise in his field in the years that I have known him and I would love to share a story regarding his practice. A 9-year old boy in my care had terrible fears of the dentist and had refused to open his mouth after he was told they would have to pull it. When I brought him to Dr. Gianino, I was invited into the room and watched as Dr. Gianino managed to make a child who was afraid of the dentist smile and laugh his way through the entire procedure. His level of patience and care was phenomenal, explaining every action that he would take with clarity and calm, turning a child who once dreaded the dentist into a child who felt that the dentist was now a very concerning friend.

The best there is. Really is that simple. His expertise is the best I have experienced. I have had multiple fillings and crowns done and his work is flawless! He is a caring Doctor and takes the time to talk with you and explain things in detail. I once had a dental emergency and Dr Gianino went out of his way to see me on a Sunday to resolve my issue. The staff is the best I have seen. A very caring environment. Dr Gianino and his staff make you feel like you are part of their family. Highly recommended!

The office required a $50 deposit, and claimed to be part of an insurance network, but had left the network and was considered a outside provider. They estimated a oral evaluation at $180. The area norm is $106, and then the increased the bill to $224 essentially double billing me. Insurance would only pick up 80% of the bill, leaving me stuck with an over $100 bill that should have cost me nothing since it should have been covered by insurance as a in network provider. The Dr. was patient and explained things well. The assistant was very helpful. The billing and receptionist is dragging the practice down. This was a initial consultation, and I do not trust them to return for further treatment because of their (un-orthidox) billing practice and bold faced lie about being a in service provider.
