About Front Desk: They hand you a clipboard with paperwork and slam the window, no hello or good morning, no one willing to answer questions. For first time patients it would be more professional to sit with the patient for 5 or 10 minutes to go over the forms (confidentially). When they ran over an hour late no one ever came out to inform us of delays,

About Front Desk: At Dr Dorr in brewer. Maine. The dark haired receptionist was very unfriendly. She wouldn't open the glass window at first to talk. My husband and I were quite shocked at how curt she was. We felt she wasn't interested in helping us and that we were wasting her time. I would stay away from this dentist in future. If this is what the office staff is like then where does this attitude come from? I will never go back as it's obviously a miserable place to work no matter how smiley their pictures are on Facebook etc.Top left with the bunny ears and smiling. What a fake. she obviously hates her job. I would give them no stars but couldn't.
