I'm very disappointed in this practice. I had scheduled a cleaning appointment 6 months in advance and 2 weeks before, they called to cancel due. When trying to schedule a new appointment, the receptionist was very rude and told me they couldn't reschedule me for another 5 months. With my work and school schedule, I am only available nights which is why it was scheduled so far in advance. She continued to argue with me when I explained how frustrating it was and had a horrible attitude with me, saying that she couldn't do anything. I am looking for a new dentist. This isn't the first time I've had scheduling issues. Even when I have an emergency, they are never able to fit me in. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Never have a seen a Dentist such as Joseph Venneri. His manor and his way to make you comfortable in his chair is out of this world. My daughter jumps in his chair and loves him and she is now 14 and he has taken care of her in many ways. I reccomended him to friends and family and even daycares and my daughters school. He is a dentist that cares and his heart is in it. The whole entire office is beyond words and the customer care is excellent. He has taken care of root canels for me, bridges,regular check ups but what he did for my daughter was over the limit of his heart. She was scared and had a bad experience with a local kids dentist that had a clown, get it. What Joe Venneri did for her to win her over was unbeleiveable and I was shocked, but he actually got in the chair and had my daughter clean his teeth with an assistant, That I have never seen from any dentist at all. Joe is wonderful with my family and everyone I have sent to him.

Dr. Joe is the best! I've never met a dentist so eager to meet his patients needs...the entire staff is customer focused, friendly, patient, and helpful.

Dr Joe did venners on my front 8 teeth and I love them they have been in for years and years without incident. No one can even tell they are not my teeth. He also did implants with my mother and she LOVES them! Thanks DR Joe! Everyone should go here.
