Dr. Levy was recommended by a coworker; he and his staff are courteous, competent and pleasant. I love going there, as much as you can love going to a dentist. While he may be expensive, you get what you pay for. I am very sensitive and he is always very in tune with making sure I have the right amount of anethesia (sp) and that I am as comfortable as possible given what needs to be done. Everyone is so nice, even the 'democrat'; just a really nice office and people, and competent as well. Would recommend unconditionally.

Dr.levy is a very good dentist. He is absolutely the best I have been to and I have had a lot of dental work done. He makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable, as I was scared to death to have work done in my mouth,.his staff is very friendly.

I've had a quite negative experience with Dr. Levy's practice over the last couple of years that I have been their patient. In fact, it was not a single instance only, but a series of instances that kept building in me a strong desire to change a dentist. When you need a more urgent appointment, they are almost never accommodating but when I cancelled my appointment 22 (!) hrs before the appointment, they charged me $45 for cancellation within 24 hrs. And I only cancelled because I finally got fed up with appalling customer service when I called to actually confirm my appointment. I originally became their client because the reviews were so good but I found my experiences were not so good. A few times I felt the Dr and staff were pushing me and my family members for services we didn't really need. I had a few fillings done there over time, and once I felt a new filling had to be done because the previous job on the same tooth by Dr Levy was not done properly, but that was presented to me in a different light. I often felt that the Dr and some staff have an attitude that they are doing you a favor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. For the big buck they are charging you, you can do much better elsewhere.

This practice is the worst in the area, expensive and uncourteous. You forget who is working for who. NO PAIN medications. They have left me with swelling and pain for the past 8 hours and tell me there is nothing they can do. Unprofessional, dirty waiting rooms, billing practices are questionable.
DO NOT GO HERE!
About Hygienist: Cindy who is in charge of billing is an evil woman who only cares about money, not patient care.

Dr. Levy is the best dentist in the area. he is caring, and extremely gifted. his chair side manner is great.

I saw Dr Levy for 9 years before I left the Philadelphia area. The practice was friendly, well-run, and efficient. Dr Levy is kind and caring, as well as excellent at his craft. He always made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The hygenists were good as well, and I never minded going to the dentist. Although the practice wasn't a participating (listed) member of my insurance, they accepted the reimbursement rates because so many community members (Merck employees) had the plan. I had one billing snafu at one point, and it was easily worked out. I highly recommend Dr Levy and the practice!

Everyone in the practice is very, very nice. I do recommend them but the cost is a little high. But then you get what you pay for ((*_*))

Dr. Levy is a very kind man and works to make sure his patients (at least in my experience) feel very comfortable.
The entire staff, including Dr. Bruno, are always pleasant, kind, and responsive.
I do not know other dentists in the area but I would have no hesitation about rexcommending Dr. Levy/Bruno.
