Dr Whiting has seen our three family members over the last 1.5 years we have been in this area. I wasn't impressed with the technicans that 'cleaned' our teeth as they did a complete exam in less than 15 mins. Dr Whiting had seen my son twice and both times added services and charges that were not warranted or authorized by us. It seems he chooses to break down a routine dental visit and uses al-a-carte pricing. The office was not a friendly environment. We've had to ask our credit card company to remove charges that we did not authorize on two occasions. Do not recommend using his services at all.

Dr. Whiting is the best dentist. I have been going to him since 1998. He removed four wisdom teeth at the same time with no pain, no discomfort and almost no swelling. He is amazing and I am trust him with all my dental needs. He's also a very nice person and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Whiting has been an excellent dentist. He has seen my husband and I for years and we've recommended him to our mothers who have been equally pleased. He has a pleasant demeanor and his staff is very nice and helpful. Our only regret is that he closed his downtown Dallas location and only practices in Plano now.

Dr Whiting was selected because of his office location in Plano and his listing on my insurance. My family of four used his services but from the first visit we were disappointed with the customer service and the lack of any type of friendly attitude. Due to repeated mis-schedules my daughter refused to return to them after they closed the office one time without notice and another time changed the appointment due to their scheduling. She had driven 45 miles from college to make the appointments. The office staff is not unfriendly but not welcoming either. After my last visit I came in early at their request and waited 50 minutes for my appointment. No one even attempted to let me know when I signed in that the appointments were running behind. When I asked the receptionist I was told they were running late, but no one took the time to tell me that before I left my work to sit in the office and wait. It is the lack of concern for the patient's time that is my main complaint. The dental associates are competent but are never friendly or outgoing. My wife insists that we find another dentist. My only question is why it has taken me so long to realize she is right.
