I went to this dentist for a general check-up and teeth cleaning. He was not satisfied with 2009 panaramic xray - took another for free; which told him nothing new. He does not have a dental hygeinist saying the last one had a "Prima Donna Atttitude"; so guess what, I spent 21/2 hours in the chair with not even a teeth cleaning. He would rather talk about gardening, etc and have me come back for another visit; especially to fill 2 NEW CAVATIES. Hmmmm...for someone who has good teeth, I question this aspect as well.
About Front Desk: Harassing....about appointment, & doesn't inform that you will NOT get a cleaning first visit as is normally customary

Dr. Langston is a dentist who presents the facts to his patients and he's very detailed and patient while working with his clients. I have never felt rushed in his office. His staff is the best in customer service...I feel welcomed every time I'm in the office.
About Hygienist: Mandy, Shannon and the other ladies are the best!!! I even get calls to check on my progress after some procedures from the ladies. They have proven to be people who genuinely care about patients in their care. God bless you all!

Very professional with competent staff. Nice, comfortable, clean office. Detailed statement with cost provided upfront. Plan of care put in place and explained. Could have a little more patience with dental-phobic/needle-phobic patients.
