the actual dentist is amazing, once you actually get an appointment on the corrected time

About Front Desk: I've been going to dr.Langs office for 15+ years. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I was treated with today. I called last Wednesday to schedule a check up appointment for today at 10am, in that same phone call I updated all of my contact info- new phone number, address, everything. When I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment this morning I was told my appointment had been cancelled because I "didn't confirm" my appointment. Which wasn't confirmed because whoever took my phone call last week, didn't update the new contact number I gave her. But somehow my new address was still updated like I asked. Whichever young lady helped me at the front desk today I was pretty much told sorry not sorry. I now live 35 minutes from this office but chose to continue my service here because I used to be pleased with how the office was ran. But today, I was not offered my original appointment or that same customer service I'm usually treated with. But was told "I'll get a call if something comes up". I will no longer being using this office in the future. It's been a nice 15 years and I hope your staff will learn to accommodate future patients with this much history at your practice with much more understanding in the future

Best in the area. Dr. Lang was my parents' dentist, and they loved him.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had! I am glad that I switched to Dr. Lang's office.

Dr. Lang, is the best! I would recommend him to anyone, he is highly professional and his team also upholds him in good standards also, his staff and everyone is very kind, polite and cheerful; and they also have a good office atmosphere and there is really no pain or anxieties involved in his procedures, but just expertise and professionalism, they are great.

I normally don't like going to the dentists, but Dr. Lang has made the experience a much better one for me. He is very professional, curteous, and friendly. Now I don't mind going every 6 months. The staff is great too, overall I really like this doctor and his office, I would recommend him to everyone.

Everyone at Dr. Lang's office is personable and professional. I would recommend this office to anyone...whether you are new to the area, and in need of a dentist, or even if you have an established dentist and are looking for a new one!
