AVOID this dentist. At first I was impressed. The office was very well appointed and the receptionist and assistant were friendly. I quickly fell uneasy, however. They barely asked me any questions about my problem, and they didn't discuss any treatment options. Neither Dr. Wagner nor his staff explained anything they were doing to me unless I stopped them and asked. This became increasingly difficult as they placed more and more instruments in my mouth. They carried on conversations about me as though I were not in the room. I felt like they saw me only as an object of study. After the 2nd of what was supposed to be a 3-step proceedure, I was in excrutiating pain. Once again, my concerns were ignored. While out of town, I was in so much pain that I saw another dentist. He was shocked at the shoddy work done on my tooth. He said there was no way Dr Wagner could NOT have known that I had an infection. I eventually found Dr Wagner's credential record online and found out that he was sanctioned for "unprofessional" conduct by DSHS a few years ago for similar work on the same tooth! Now I'm out a couple thousand $, still in a lot of pain, still requiring serious dental work.

You can tell that Dr. Wagner takes pride in his work. While providing excellent dentistry, he is also very kind and understanding with his patients. He is very sincere and takes the time to make sure the patient understands their treatment plan and feels comfortable & safe. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family.
