I have been a patient of Dr.Beliy's for about 5yrs, but moved to Madison, WI as of the last year. Had my semi-annual apt a few weeks back and my new dentist kept asking me who was my prior dentist, he was SO impressed with the work that was done (such as filings and root canals) calling the work "exceptionally crafted" and "perfect". Wish I never moved!!! Thanks so much Doc!!!!

Dr. Beliy is the ultimate professional in his field. Thorough attention to detail, helpful advice, and gentle approach during the visit are a bonus to his experience, intelligence, and thorough knowledge of his field.
I highly recommend Dr. Beliy. Patients should not confuse good "chair-side" manner with professional skills (as we often tend to do). Best part is, Dr. Beliy possesses both!!

I became a regular patient of Dr. Beliy a few years ago and it's the best decision I've ever made. Dr. Beliy's practice is very modern: he uses high-tech diagnostic and treatment technology such as digital radiography and intra-oral cameras. Furthermore, Dr. Beliy and his staff are very amiable, welcoming and compassionate. They get to know you as a person and not just another "case." Dr. Beliy offers a wide range of services such as root canal therapy, caries diagnosis and treatment, oral surgery, braces and teeth whitening among others. His work is high-quality, fast and pain-free. I am truly fortunate to have such an adept and convivial dentist like Dr. Beliy.

I am a dentist myself and I have known Dr. Beliy for a long time. He has done a lot of restorative/cosmetic work and even 2 root canals on me! He has great clinical skills and very very warm personality. He puts patients at ease and provides an outstanding dental care. His clinic is modern and equipped with the newest gadgets. Dr. Beliy is committed to life-long learning and takes a lot of dental continuing education classes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Val Beliy to anyone who has had bad dental experiene in the past or just simply wants the best treatment!

I had ongoing tooth pain for 5 years; I went to see three different dentists to fix the problem, but neither of them could help me (they just cashed my checks). Finally a friend referred me to Dr. Beliy and the miracle happened - the pain was gone almost immediately. I am still pain free after two years. Also, on the top of the greatest dental experience ever, Dr. Beliy and his team helped me to write an appeal to my insurance company as they refused to pay for the treatment (you can treat the same tooth only once during a three year period) and we WON again!

I am usually a nervous wreck when it comes to dentist visits&but now NO MORE FEAR, thanks to Dr Val and his staff!
I actually look forward to my follow up appointments. Dr Vals beautifully designed new office is exceptional, and you'll be amazed by their use of all the latest diagnostic and treatment technology. They taught me new tricks for teeth and gum care and his staff is the best.
If more people would go to Dr Vals office, the world would smile more often!:)

Dr. Beliy office has modern technology, allowing for faster and easier X-Rays. (I've always hated that part most) The staff is very nice and speaks fluent Russian and English. They have worked with me to reschedule appointments promptly and never had problems with scheduling.
