Doctor Pearlstein is either a greedy dentist or incompetent.
I had an awful time with him he doesn’t stand behind his work and only wants to do big jobs instead of trying to save what you have and improve on it. He could have cost me a lot of grief if I followed his advice and probably would have ended up having to do implants in my front teeth. I am glad I followed my intuition and went for a second opinion and confirmed how wrong he was. He charged 1100 for a partial and when broke didn’t stand behind it after six months and told me that could not be fixed by the lab and he did himself and it was awful. Right now it is being fixed in another lab sent by another dentist.

Best dentist in the business! He is so good at novocaine shots - don't mind them at all and I HATE needles of any kind! His work is outstanding - had all my amalgam fillings replaced with composites over 10 yrs ago and they are still in there just as strong. Dr. Pearlstein replaced my husband's veneers in the front and you absolutely cannot tell they are veneers. I've recommended Dr. Pearlstein to dozens of others and they all love him too. He's by far the very best dentist I've ever had and as a matter of fact, I just got a new job with and HMO for dental coverage. I'm not switching dentists EVER - I'm gonna keep Dr. Pearlstein and pay cash - he's that worth it!!!
About Hygienist: Best hygienists at this office - I love getting my teeth cleaned there! They are so gentle and so extremely thorough too!

Dr. Pearlstein was able to undo almost two decades of horrific dental experiences during my childhood. I have overcome my "dentalphobia", and am NOT afraid to go to the dentist anymore. That's nothing short of a miracle! He inspired me to want to take better care of my teeth and preserve my smile. I chose to have Dr. Pearlstein do my dental veneers. He is an artist in the field of cosmetic dentistry. I get compliments about my teeth and my smile all the time. I no longer fret and stress about going to the dentist. In fact, I look forward to seeing Dr. Pearlstein and having any necessary work done. My dental experiences are now pain-free physically and emotionally. His extremely professional demeanor, combined with his warm chair-side manner have allowed me to develop a trust and confidence in him. I have recommended Dr. Pearlstein to many friends over the years, and they too have had the same wonderful experiences. His friendly and gracious office staff has always worked quickly in filing claims to my insurance company. In an era of dentist offices popping up in strip malls, I'm very grateful I have had the best dentist all these years, and I only hope he NEVER retires!!!
About Hygienist: I am very comfortable seeing the hygienist in Dr. Pearlstein's office. It's clear to me he only chooses highly qualified people to work with him. They are always courteous, gentle, and efficient. His office is always immaculate and that's very important to me.

Dr. Pearlstein is a great dentist. Put me at ease the minute I sat in the chair. I am very nervous about dental work and there is no need for that in his office. He has state of the art equipment and he works with such calmness and ease.
He is highly knowledgable in his field.
His staff members are wonderful to work with. I love his
Hygienist's. Very thorough. I would highly recommend this dentist and staff.

This dentist has state of the art facilities. He is skilled, but may make serious errors. He may recommend work that is not necessary and not approved by second opinions. Due to the above shortcomings I have changed dentists.

Very friendly, nice, and gentle. His office is very clean and reasonably priced. All of his staff is friendly and helpful as well. I have been going to Dr.Pearlstein for 15 years and I have never had one complaint.

It took thirty years to find Dr. Pearlstein and I don't want to ever leave! For the first time, my dental health is well-managed and I'm no longer stressed. The women in the front office are very sweet and professional; they know the ins and outs of billing and scheduling. Dr. Pearlstein performs work like an artist (definitely a cut above), He listens and makes me feel at ease and in good hands. I've been to other private practices and some HMO-type of office (horrible, your just a file number). I had to try other dentists recently because my dental insurance changed and am going to get onto another plan just to make sure I can stay with Dr. Pearlstein. I highly recommend him.
btw, he did my veneers (top front 6) for me before my wedding years ago. My dentist friends comment on what a beautiful job he did (matching coloring, exceptional shaping). Top notch.
