Last week I call the office to get an appointment, I was referred by another dentist to you because I need the third molars extracted. I was concern on the waiting time, they told me that I would be attended super fast. I got there today at around 1:50PM the front door was closed, after some minutes another client and me were able to get in like 4 minutes later. I completed my questionnaire in about 3 minutes, and then I told the front desk I was waiting to be attended, it was already past 2PM. There were 5 other patients attended, but again, not me. About 2:30PM I left, very upset, because of the way of wasting client's time, my lunch time, that being diabetic you make me waste.. I hope you can read this, because I asked the one that call me after to tell you to call me, but I'm concern that you might not get the message.

Dr. Navarro is by far the best Oral Surgeon there is. I had an implant done and when I went to my general dentist she told me she has never seen an implant so perfectly placed. I am super excited. I have had other dental treatment with Dr. Navarro and I would not go elsewhere. The office is super clean. the staff is very friendly and courtious, you feel right at home. No long waiting time and most important the Dr. is extremly responsive.

I first went to Dr. Navarro after a single wisdom tooth removal got infected and landed me in the Hospital. I was told by an attending physician at the hospital about Dr. Navarro. I went to visit him and he cleaned out the remaining tooth fragments and the wound healed. Almost 2 decades later It was time to remove the remaining 3 Wisdom teeth. When I asked my general dentist who he recommended, the answer was Dr. Navarro. I was happy to see his office had moved to Miami Lakes and I had the procedure done at his office. Excellent experience, very little discomfort. Almost no swelling.I was always in great hands.

Easy to talk to and helpful explanations. I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out at the same time. The assistants made me a little nervous but he was superb.

dr. navarro is great. he took care of 2 wisdom teeth and it was a great experience. knocked me out, and did not know until it was all over. highly recommended from a guy who hates to go to the dentist!
