I recently had some facial fillings to help cover my exposed roots from brushing my teeth too abrasively and clenching my teeth during the day. I have suffered with hot/cold pains when eating these types of foods, such as ice cream or hot soup for the past 2-3 years. Because of the pain, I requested to be numbed for the quick procedure on 5 of my teeth. Dr. Ho insisted the procedure would be near painless and that he did not feel I needed to be numbed up for 3 hours for such a small procedure. By explaining the procedure and even demonstrating the type of discomfort I would feel, we decided to have no numbing agents for the procedure. Dr. Ho was RIGHT! I was not in any pain and the procedure worked well. Today, one day after the procedure, I am able to drink cold and hot water without manuvering it in my mouth to avoid hot/cold pains. Dr. Ho really put my mind at ease and was successful in treating my condition. Thank you.

Dr.Ho is ONLY good on general service. He is very light in experience in terms of specific dental treatment. When his office first started 5 years ago, he spent a great deal of time with me. As his customer list grows, he did not provide the same comprehensive job as before. His manner has changed. He does not spend time with customers. Now, he has decided NOT to work on Friday and Saturday.
