This doctor only cares about money and not patients. The doctor thinks he knows everything. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, not even an enemy. I was supposed to get a "splint/night guard" piece to help with my TMJ condition. I asked for an appointment before the end of the year, so it would be covered by that year's benefits since I was done with my deductible. The appointment was so late in the year, that I could only have the follow up appointment in January 2013. They bundled all the charges so they would go against the new year's deductible even though all the work was done in 2012 and not 2013. When I went for my follow up appointment they would not follow the rules of my insurance and wanted to be paid upfront even though the insurance was going to pay them. Needless to say, I cancelled my appoitnment and never went back. I never got the splint I needed even though they got paid by my insurance.

About Front Desk: His office is disorganized and does not verify well if something is covered by an insurance. They give you different estimates for treatments depending who you talk to. When I finally got a correct estimate they wanted me to pay all upfront, even though my company picks up the first $1000 of my deductible which covered the service in full. All they had to do was submit the claim and they would get paid. They would not believe me. We called my insurance and the HR department of my company and they verified this. The staff would not accept the rules of my insurance because "it was the doctor's policy to be paid upfront". I cancelled my appointment. They still went after my insurance to get paid even though I never got the night guard that I needed for my TMJ condition. They even backdated things so it would be covered under the previous year benefits. All this was between Dec 2012 and Jan 2013. They are not to be trusted. Money is their only interest and they do not know what service or trust between a doctor and his patient mean. It's all about money.
