This doctor destroyed my life. It’s been over five years and I still constantly suffer from his negligence, out of date surgical techniques, and his attitude towards me as I desperately tried to get him to address my concerns. All I got was rude, know-it-all, smartass insults in return. After weeks of being told it’s all in my head, had to get another doctor in order to get surgery for an untreated infection that spread to my bone. Sounds like he’s very nice to easy cases. Beware if you are female and especially if you are young. Parents please stay with your kid the whole time and every visit so they don’t have to be ridiculed the moment you leave.

OK consultation once he decides to see you. the issue is the staff that is so rude you won't believe it.

About Front Desk: absolutely rude from the setting appointment to the actual day of procedure. if you inquire about the long wait - a nurse will slam a door in your face. never will I go back.

I had several extractions done over a period of two years with no ill affects. Sedation was my only choice due my teeth structure. My recovery time was very short each time I needed surgery. Dr. Blazic always explained the work he was doing before hand. The staff are courteous and professional.

About Front Desk: The lady was very helpful getting my insurance work done in a timely manner.

DO NOT GO TO THIS "DOCTOR." I am STILL suffering over a year later due to his negligence and botched surgery. Several other doctors have recognized his name and are shocked that he is still iin practice after being kicked out of hospitals. There is clearly a ton of history that is hidden. He ignored and belitted me when I had an infection post-op for over a month. I had to go through a second surgery to remove all the NECROTIC TISSUE AND BONE left because of Mr. Blazic. If I had needed my top morals removed I WOULD SURELY BE DEAD. IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

do not go to this man. even if your insurance covers him. I now have PTSD episodes just getting a cleaning done after he removed my wisdom teeth. refused to acknowledge any pain or infection after my surgery and mentally abused me. I have never experienced anyone in any medical field as rude and negligent as john blazic. had to pay for another doctor to go in surgically and fix "doctor" blazic's butchered work.

Terrible experience! Nightmare! will not go back! He was rude. Lady at front office was nice, and so was the back office help. He even hurts when he just looks in your mouth he is so rough. About 2 months later and mouth still not healed. Never returned my call when I called crying in pain. Would never recommend him to someone.
