Long waits, poor attitude, and sometimes rude to me and my daughter. She refused to take off her braces until the entire bill was paid even though they had been ready for removal for months. Assistant turn over was very high and rarely would see the same person more than once. Assistants were unexperienced and rushed. I have heard Dr. Elahi yell at her assistants several times in front of parents, patients, and fellow employees. I would not recommend Gentle Dental to provide Orthodontics.
