From the initial visit, until she received her retainers, we were treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Jay took the time to really listen to her concerns and answer her questions. Fiona, the assistant, always welcomed us with a bright smile and a great knowledge of orthodontics!
The cost was more expensive than other offices. However, it was worth every extra cent to have my daughter treated with such respect and care.
