I had a root removed and an implant put in during the same procedure. The needles were hardly felt, and the entire procedure from the drillilng to the tightening, and to the suturing, was very professional. Dr. Gornstein was very calming and professional.
For the past 18 years my son in-law was my dentist and it only cost me for materials. Now I go for an implant and was surprised at the expense. But, I guess you get what you pay for and I would do it all over again, but I wish I don't have to.
