I was charged for a ' same day crown' that ended up taking 2 weeks to arrive as the front desk lady, no formal dental education, messed up on fitting my crown. And now the dental floss always gets stuck in that area. Plus, they give you a full cosmetic dentistry consultation that wasn't even requested, simply trying to sell more. And Dr Martini boasts her MBA which is from a solely Internet school. Would prefer a dentist who uses trained professionals as assistants, not office staff. I would have preferred they discuss what i came for : denial health. Unless you want a substandard dentist whose main goal is to upsell upsell upsell, and you don't mind receptionist working on your teeth, don't go here. No thanks on a receptionist fitting my crown

About Front Desk: Horrible, pushy

About Hygienist: Not good since focused on upsell not hygiene. And she has receptionist with no dental schooling doing hygienist work.
