Dr Daood attempted a root canal without placing a dental dam, and without informing me. He perforated my tooth below the gum line and quit work. He did not inform me what had happened, indeed, when I asked him if something unusual had happened, he said "No". I went to another
Dentist who told me what Dr Daood had done. In order to fix it, I had to have my jaw bone hasped down below the perforation. I had great pain slow healing and a lot of cost. Dr Daood laughed when I asked him to pay for my costs, and said "That's not how it works."
