I first saw Dr Busch when I needed a referral for root canal work, and his manner was very concerned and attentive. After succussfull root canal, I later visited Dr Busch for a check-up, and he could not have been more iindifferent. He asked briefly about the root canal, then turned into an automaton whose only further word to me was the command "Open". He shouted his findings and instructions to the dumbfounded hygienist, then swept out of the room. The hygienist informed me that the diagnosis included 9 crowns and a bridge. I deduced that Dr Busch was not interested in either forming any sort of a relationship with me or in having me as a patient and did not return.
