Bad Bad Bad Experience!
I had a chipped front tooth i asked over the phone if he would fix it they said yes. I live all the way in the valley and i drove 1 hours and 30 minutes to get to rodeo drive. after traffic i arrived literally 9 minutes late and i had to wait another 50 minutes until it was my turn.
after an argument with the office manager, which is very business mind orientated and just about the money. She was very rude and just told me i had to pay upfront already without any work done. 95% of the dentist offices you pay after.
Finally after waiting for 1 hour and confirmed over the phone he could take care of my front tooth. I talked to the doctor and he said he wouldnt touch my front tooth to fix since it is such a headache to deal with. He would only do veneers as a cosmetic dentist and that is what he is recommending. so he gives me a referral to somebody he knows. And that is what i was waiting for 50 minutes after and walk out of the office at 5:30 with and chipped tooth and of course all other dentists are closed and nothing done and I wasted my hole day of driving from the valley to beverly hills. So I wasted 6 hours of my day and nothing done. Bad Experience!!!!!!!!
