We have been very disappointed with Dr. Miller's office. After submitting proof of insurance coverage, we were made to pay for services up front and then wait almost a year to be reimbursed. He put a new crown on my husband's tooth and it has come off 3 times since then. Each time he re-cements it on (at a charge) and then it comes off again within a few months. They get bent out of shape when we refuse floride treatment (we are both adults and have never had another dentist give us floride as adults) because our insurance would not pay for it. The main front desk employee is very rude and not at all interested in providing good customer service. Overall, Dr. Miller makes us feel like making money is his top priority, not good dental care or our well-being.
