Crowns, Fillings, root canals, cleanings & preventive care, etc. Went to this Dr. for over 8 years. Went in one day because of tooth pain and was told that I had a gum disease. Was put on a schedule to come in every 3 months for deep cleanings, which were expensive but I did it. During this time lost a filling and went in to have it replaced, x-rays were taken & I was told that "all of a sudden" I needed 6 new crowns. I recently retired and because I wasn't on a dental plan or didn't have the cash to get them all done right away, I was referred by the Dr. to USC Medical School to get the work done, there was no consideration made for all the years, time and money that I'd spent in this facility trusting the Dr's judgment. Could see and hear them all whispering about me and was treated rudely after that. Went to another dentist who said that I only needed 3 fillings and to replace a bridge. The same 6 teeth that Dr. Davidson said needed immediate crowns. I was needlessly stressed out and treated poorly by staff when it was determined that I couldn't pay $1400 each for 6 crowns right away.
