Very gentle with patient. Explained procedure before he began. Accepted my credit card for payment. Charges for services are so reasonable. He even takes care of the billing to my insurance company. So glad I found him. He does all his own teeth cleaning which is nice because he can tell right away if I have a problem. I dont have to bounce back and forth between people. Office is very personal. Patient's are not "accounts" but real people and you are treated that way. At the larger offices I was passed around between the Dentists there. I never knew who was going to take care of me. I don't want my dentist office to be like a clinic, I want to be cared for and Dr. Adamczyk does that. Best of offices in both Mount Prospect and Franklin Park. Glad I am part of it.
