I was going to write about my experience being a patient of Dr Baker Richard and couldn't find a right time for that. I was his patient almost a year ago. But i still can't forget those days. I came to him for cleaning my teath and to have one my tooth checked as I felt some light sensitivity to cold air. Other than that I didn't have any tooth problems when eating or having some hot food. He examined my tooth and said that there is a tiny crack in the old filling and it needs to be refilled. OK. He refilled it but I started having pain when eating. I called him, and he said to wait a week or so, but the pain would just get worse and after 1.5 week I called him again. He looked at at the Xray and couldn't see nerve inflamation!!! I asked him what if it's nerve, because I feel sharp pain wnen chewing and reaction to a cold air". But he assured me that it's not a nerve at all. He made another refill, and another week and a half goes with pain ... I saw him again and he said he would refill again and in case the new refill didn't work he would do another two procedures but not root canal treatment!? ....I took Xray to another dentist who immediately said that it's a nerve and treated it at the same day.
