Dr. Balboa himself is just okay - pretty impersonal, just drops in for 5 minutes at the end of an appointment. But his hygienists are super - they are friendly and skilled (fast). You feel like you are in good hands - and that you won't be getting poked by mistake.
The receptionists are also nice. It's all in all a very friendly and pleasant place.
