I posted the last review which was regarding Dr. Moritz and his attitude towards his assistant. I would take it down, but the website won't allow since you don't need an account to post. Since then he has called me to apologize and assures me that it was not typical, and they also had a technology-related problem which they are working on. The lack of explanation to me was a miscommunication. I believe that everyone can have a bad day, and I am left with favorable impression overall, due to the professionalism of his follow-up.
