Went in to have a root canal performed exam was quick and rushed, was painful to do x Rays, not gentle dr Kwon seems like it's an inconvenients to explain things I feel like he gets annoyed very easily and quickly also my first root canal took way longer then text book and still hurts crown was not fit well and has steep ridges at gum line second tooth he did a cavity filling and crown on went back 5 months later for root canal on same tooth he started and had to close up and refer to a specialist insisted on charging me still and asked for my pain meds back. I was able to go somewhere else same day and have a standard root canal done for less. I think he just got impatient because I was a cash paying customer that was being offered a discount cause it was work he had already done previously.

About Front Desk: Lady at the front desk charged my debit card 2000$ the first time cause she was talking about my care credit available balance. I was just trying to pay 185$ for a cavity. It took five days for the reversal. This was the start to my nightmare I already had appointment for my root canal so I went back past my better judgement. And all my return appointments where on teeth that had previously been worked on there. They are extremely rude to me now and impatient. It's not my fault that the work they have done still hurts and it's not my fault he wasn't able to do the last root canal they refunded me for the last visit before I left and then sent me a bill. I tried to dispute it with them and they hang up on me when I try to call. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I think they should be shut down

About Hygienist: Impatient, rude doesn't like to take the time to explain I sence his frustration and inpatients and it made me feel uncomfortable asking. Also they have no warranty on there work whatsoever and makes it known that there is never any guarantee. Now I understand why. Because he doesn't want to take responsability for his work or offer discounts on repeat work when they do offer discount I feel like they are more rushed and rude. Even tho it took way longer then they said it would take also fyi my temp crown fell off after two hours and my first crown was too high had to go back in to have it ground down cause my teeth wouldn't shut
