I have found Dr. Ortiz to be a total professional. I previously had the same dentist for about 33 years and thought he was very good until he retired and I started being treated by Dr. Ortiz. She is the closest to pain free dentistry that I have ever experienced. With that she has a very good staff that are very helpful and compassionate. I would have no problem recommending her to anyone.
