The most professional dentist I ever had. Other than he has a good heart and very caring, he works beyond his limits just to satisfy his patients. His Office staff are awesome and they have a support system.They entertain me you if I am nervous and end up forgetting mypain. I love all of them. Scheduling is not a hassle. I can always ask for you convenient schedule and if do not have one, they will call me if there are cancellations. They will explain y0ur coverage unlike the other dentists I had in Pasadena, By the time my procedure is finished I was shocked that I would have to pay more. My dental plan has always been the same, so when I was referred to Dr. Toledo, I did not have to a pay anything. His staff would discuss your insurance coverage, the procedure is carefully applied; manners in the chair is appropriate t; their assistants are always alert for instructions; the clinic is clean and smells clean. Fdesk staff always greet you with courtesy and smile.
I am feeling sad because my plan has been changed, but I thought about going back to these Drs Dr. Toledo and his partner Dr. J Garcia what a sweet, beautiful dentist. I will surely missed these people.
