I was not thrilled to go through the dental implant process but I asked for IV sedation and do not remember most of the surgery involved. I've had the implant (a front tooth) for a year now and sometimes forget it is not my own. My sister could not tell it was artificial. As a nurse, I would recommend Dr. Wallace's practice because all the nurses there maintain certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support - how to resuscitate a patient who has a cardiac or respiratory problem. Dr. Wallace required this 15 years before it was made a national standard!
