when i was first recomendet with dr zand i was full of hope not knowing that this will be a huge mistake . She does not like to be asked anything ! Everytime i go for my monthly tightening she does not make an effort to explain to me what needs to be done . In fact, if you tend to ask her a question she get very upset and brushes you off and walks away. also, be aware of surprise charges . She is a complete rip off and just wants your money. e.x. she doesnt tell you that your payments every month and your downpayment for the braces doen not incude retainers . you have to keep on paying her unitl she decides to finish your teeth. and she intentionlly goes over the two year braces treatment timeline so you will continue paying . I am extremly unhappy with her and would not ever recomend anyone to her again . be smart and do your research before you set a foot in her office .
