Dr. Watts is the absolute best in Austin! He and his staff are so good with the children, making them feel comfortable and creating a positive experience, ensuring happy returns. The staff is knowledgable and are so good at explaining things to the children and the parents. Parents are welcome and encouraged to come back to observe and ask questions. My three children absolutely love going to Dr. Watts office to have their teeth cleaned! Thank you Dr. Watts and staff!!!

Dr. Watts has a great office - video games in the waiting room, everything is kid sized and brand spanking new. He's is a really nice man. Very kind. And all of the people who work with him are just great.

I tried going to another dentist for convenience (location)..it wasn't worth it. My daughters felt the difference right away.
They were use to the welcoming smiles, comfortable setting and most of all ,the superb "Chairside" manners that everyone exhibited. They begged me to make the drive back to Dr. Watts'
office. I'm very glad I did!!!

Kelsey is a special needs child in a wheel chair. Dr Watts and his staff are so nice and work to make Kelsey comfortable. Dr Watts used to see her right before his lunch so that if she needed to have a small proceedure he had the time to do it right then and not make us come back.

I love this dentist! I have four kids. All of them go to Dr. Watts. My son loves to go there because of the video games. Dr. Watts makes going to the dentist fun, and his staff is excellent. I don't have even one negative thing to say about this group.

My son is now 17 and has been seeing Dr. Watts all this time. Dr. W. is friendly and totally trustworthy. I wish he could be my dentist!

Great place, great dentist! Great assistants! The only problem I had was with my 3 year old...It was time for his 8 year old sister's visit, so I thought I would take him along for his first time. He screamed and yelled the entire time - as expected. However, they still charged the full amount, even though they really didn't even get a look in his mouth. They swiped him once through with a brush - and that was about it. At my daughter's first visit at a dentist in San Antonio, she screamed, but they didn't charge:) Otherwise, great - and we are going back to try again.

Dr. Watts has been very reasonable, very relaxed and his facility is very attractive to children. I have 2 boys 9 and 14, we've used Dr. Watts for several years and have NO complaints. Costs seem reasonable and they are very helpful with insurance issues (file for you, etc.).
