I have extreme dental phobia, hadn't seen a dentist in several years. The staff were gentle and nonjudgemental. The office is nice, the staff were friendly. It took multiple phone calls from me and the perio to get her to forward my xrays. Prescribed perio treatment successful.
About Front Desk: I was a little taken aback by the attitude of the finance office. When I said that I didn't want to max out all of my credit cards on the suggested treatment, I was told, "well, you can always apply for more!" and shown brochures for credit card companies.

I would have given her more stars, but as I chose a periodontist myself ( not the one she recommended), she flat out refused to send him my xrays, subjecting me to more needless radiation and cost.
Her prices are higher than most, her office is open for only 5-6 hours/day 4 days a week making scheduling a problem. The office is nicely designed, the staff is friendly although after telling them that I didn't want to max out all of my credit cards on one doctor, the receptionist told me that I could always apply for more credit. Not a realistic view, so maybe her other patients are wealthier than I am.

Dr Temesgen is an excellent clinician. The office is very nice and comforting. I love visiting her because they have a massaging chair and a television. The front desk staff always greets me when I walk in the door. It makes me feel good and like I'm part of the practice.
About Hygienist: The hygienist cleans my teeth quickly and gently.

Dr. Temesgen and her staff are very friendly and competent, an excellent combo in a dentist. I've had cleanings and fillings done here, and I was always completely satisfied. The exam rooms are equipped with massage chairs and televisions, so the dental experience is as pleasant as possible. Appointments were easy to get and the wait time was about average for most dentist's offices.
