I absolutely LOVE Dr. Cox, he is very concerned about his patients, that goes a LONG way!!! His staff is AWESOME!!! They all, including the new receptionist (Melissa ???), *It's Not Karen*, that lady was rude, don't know what happen, none of my business & I don't care, just glad she was replaced... I had a fear of dentist when I started seeing Dr. Cox & he helped me totally get past all that...

About Front Desk: Melissa (???) I sure that's her name has been there a little over a year & she seems to fit right in with the rest of the staff...She is also concerned about the patients as everyone else in the office...

About Hygienist: They are wonderful!!! Caring, concerned & very thorough... It might take them 30 mins...

Dr. Cox has always been available when I had an emergency even on Saturdays and Sunday's. He is always anxious to help and is always cheerful and never seems annoyed when I need help on a weekend. When I visit the office during the week he always finds the time to converse about our common interests and I never feel rushed. Dr. Cox is very knowlegable and is truly a painless dentist. I would never think of changing dentists. Thank you Dr. Cox and the entire staff.

About Front Desk: Kren is extremely friendly and always remembers my name and always asks about my wife and family. Very proficient at what she does

Wonderful dentist and hygienist staff but his receptionist (Karen) is rude and obnoxious. I've often wondered why he puts up with her because I'm sure I'm not the only one who has encountered the same behavior from her. But other than her, best dental office and staff I've ever visited.

About Hygienist: All the dental and hygienist staff are great. Very professional staff.

As a former business consultant to the practice of dentistry, i had explored and visited various dentists in the Nashville area. It is difficult to find a good dentist. Dr. Cox and his staff are extremely competent, polite and caring professionals. They are proactive, yet will not "sell" you on unneccesary procedures. They are thorough, at a reasonable cost. Dr. Cox is great with children as well, something that can be challenging to practitioners. If you are looking for a dentist, make an appointment. I found it worth the drive from Belle Meade. Good luck. I hope this helps someone, i know how much i rely on reviews.

Love, love, love this dentist. I have serious dentist office/dentist-phobia and this guy is the best! He's calm, extremely patient and caring yet fast. I'm a big baby but he acts like it's completely normal and doesn't make me feel bad about it. What more can I say?
