The problem with Castle Dental is that you only get to see the actual dentist ever 2 visits. I was shocked to go to my check up and only get a cleaning. When I asked to see the dentist, they said I would see her in the next apt in another 6 months. This is outrageous. On my first visit with dr. Parnell, her exam was so brief that I left feeling like I needed to see someone else immediately.

her treatment was good and less painful than most. She was friendly.

Parnell put a crown on that was to tight, she then had it redone and it was to loose. I am living with her mistake today because I can't afford to replace it. She also demanded I do do more crowns that other dentists said were unneccessary
