So this review is about the staff not the dentist. The accounts payable clerk is angela she may be the office accountant or m8ght be a staff person in general, I'm not positive on her job title. In regards to my appointment payment and what should be my final interaction at the dentist office for the day turned bad. She is quite rude and condescending. When I mention to her I would like to speak to dentist about my treatment by her I was not allowed to as he is in 7 hour surgery. I just saw him 10 minutes previously. I inform her I will be speaking to him about this situation and her disrespectful attitude toward me, he response was to laugh. Perhaps a nervous response but it felt like more disrespect. The other office staffer came and apologized and said she would let dentist know. All in all bad experience.

INCREDIBLE dentist. There are no words to describe this man. He's gentle (I have sensitive teeth and so does he!!!), kind, compassionate, has the utmost integrity and he even volunteers his own personal time to make a difference for others!!!! He's very affordable and has an office staff beyond compare, who've been with him for YEARS also! I was blessed to find Dr. Wilbur and his awesome staff (including Sharon and Ira...who've been there since the first day I walked through their doors) when I arrived in Austin over 30 years ago and he's been my dentist every since that day. I've referred countless patients through the years and they remain loyal to him as well.

Our family of 4 has been with Dr Wilbur for 16 years. I never feel rushed in Dr Wilbur's office. The doctor and his staff always take the time to answer questions fully. All are extremely friendly. As facilities go, the new office on Jolleyville Road is among nicest doctor offices I've been in.

Dr. Wilbur has very calm demeanor but sense of humor. Does excellent cosmetic dentistry at a fair price. His staff has been very stable over a 20 year period and all caring individuals.

Best Dentist I have been to. I am 48. I left town and had to go through 3 bad dentists. I am glad to be back and able to see Dr. Wilbur.

I've been going to Dr. Wilbur for over 20 years.
He's very gentle and very nice.
He know's what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need or want.
The only negative is that he doesn't take very many insurances and takes no discount cards.
