In my opinion Dr. Willis is an excellent dentist. She is patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She is attentive and considerate. I had a root canal and a bridge remade by her twice as well as routine checkups. I am extremely content with her work and feel in good hands when I am being treated by her. I would recommend her to everyone. Recently

About Front Desk: Very cordial, attentive and respectful.

Dr. Willis worked on my mother's teeth. She told my mother she needed an extraction. Instead of referring her to an oral surgeon, she did the extraction herself. She ended up breaking the tooth, thereby leaving part of it in her gum. Dr. Willis said it would be ok to leave the partial tooth there. It wasn't ok. The tooth and gum got horrifically infected. The infection spread throughout her upper gum and caused her remaining teeth to rot. Now my mother needs to have all her upper teeth pulled. All thanks to Dr. Willis. Oh and on top of all this, when my mother refused to let Dr. Willis pull the rest of her upper teeth, she dismissed her as a patient and said that no one in her office will treat her again. To say that Dr. Willis is a bad dentist is an understatement.

I've had a couple dentist prior to Dr. Willis and she has been my favorite by far. She has great bed side manner, periodically asking to make sure that I was doing ok during the process. I originally came to her asking about a full deep cleaning that was recommended by my previous dentist and she actually suggested that I do a selective deep cleaning instead. While the procedure wasn't totally painless and my mouth did get tired from being propped open, I was very satisfied by how things went. I had a lot of questions about my options and she was very welcoming in answering any that I had.

very good dentist and great at diagnosis, but very limited in what procedures she or her partners can do. For dental cleanings their hygienists are excellent.

Dr. Willis was my dentist from the mid 90's to late 90's. She and her staff listen attentively to all concerns and explain all procedures and options accurately. My only complaint is that they are not on my current dental plan.
